Job Summary:
As a DSP, you will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their daily lives—helping them live more independently and reach their personal goals. Your work will have a direct and lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on assistance with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, meal prep)

• Support individuals in community activities, outings, and appointments

• Encourage independence and self-advocacy

• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided

• Implement individualized care plans and behavior support plans

• Ensure the safety, dignity, and rights of every individual

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Prior experience in caregiving or working with individuals with disabilities is preferred but not required

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable

Schedule & Pay:

• Flexible schedules available: Days, evenings, weekends, and overnights
